Who can register for a myBLUORBIT account?

myBLUORBIT is currently only open to Singapore registered companies. We are working on providing support for all customers worldwide soon.

What services does myBLUORBIT provide?

Bluorbit provides international express courier shipments all around the world, excluding non-document shipments to India.

How do I book a courier shipment online?

Create and login to your myBLUORBIT account – COMING SOON – to access the online booking and payment system.

How do I get a price estimate?

You can use our rate and transit time page (https://bluorbitlogistics.com/freight-quote) to get a quick price estimate for your international shipment

All prices do not include tax and duties at destination country that the receiver may be liable to.

How long does pickup take?

Pickups are made same day if the pickup is arranged before 5pm.

How long does shipping take?

Express shipments arrive at the destination next day, barring any delays with pickup, public holidays, weekends, airport maintenance or customs.

How do I track my shipment?

How can I cancel my shipment?

You can cancel your shipment by using your Bluorbit account.

What are the payment options?

We accept the following debit/credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Are my credit card details secured?

We do not store any credit card details. They are processed through our GDPR compliant payment gateway services providor.

Can you deliver on Weekends/Public holidays?

Bluorbit and our service providers do not pickup or deliver on weekends or public holidays.

What happens if my shipment become damaged?

Please refer to our Terms & Conditions (https://bluorbitlogistics.com/terms-conditions). Bluorbit is not liable to any damages caused by our service provider.
